We call the GoDu 8.5: The Biggest Little Boat In Its Class.

While most boats 8.5 feet in length are only rated for a 6 or 8 hp outboard, the GoDu 8.5 is rated for a 10 hp motor. This means that even with three people + gear, the boat hops on plane and rides like its twice as big. Despite its smaller size, this boat is still stable enough to load on to the toons, just like its bigger sister, the GoDu 10.5.

If your mothership only has room for a smaller dinghy, but you desire the performance and comfort of a full size dinghy, this is the boat for you.

This model is called the MAX because its the maximum in convenience. Equipped with a full length welded FlatDeck Floor and paired with an easily lockable full Bow Locker, this boat offers you comfort and security throughout.

The bow locker is big enough to hold a 6 US Gallon bow tank, the Compact Anchor Kit, Collapsing Paddle and four life vests. Easily secured by a simple and reliable pad lock looped through standard GoDu deck rings, the locker is designed to keep your property safe and dry from rain and spray.

The bow locker is covered by SeaDek so it offers a comfortable place to sit and an easy to use, non-skid step for loading and unloading.

Designed to allow you to run your fuel hose under the floor to the transom, this will keep your hose out from under your feet and out of the sunshine, greatly extending its useful life.

The raw aluminum is specially selected to stand the test of time. The more scars it gains, the more character it maintains. Beat it, beach it, or bash it. May every well earned scratch, ding, and scar be a testament to your adventures.

Shipping:

Shipping to the contiguous United States is a flat fee of $1,400. The flat fee includes shipping to the nearest freight fulfillment center to your desired location. If you require shipping to a specific address, this may require an additional fee. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, or international customers, please contact us before purchasing to arrange shipping. Pick-up in Tampa Bay, Florida area is FREE.
